The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of mechanical services experience, a degree in Engineering, and supervisory experience. The role offers a competitive salary of €75K – €85K, significant living away allowance, and comprehensive healthcare.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical or building services, ideally with Data Centre or Industrial project experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Fluent in English and flexible to work in Sweden.

Join a leading contractor renowned for delivering complex engineering projects. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a prestigious Data Centre project in Sweden. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and quality.

Role:

• Develop and implement project schedules ensuring all deliverables are met.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project timelines.


• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.


• Drive quality assurance measures, ensuring adherence to project specifications.


• Prepare weekly progress reports for senior management and client updates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, relevant trade certification, or equivalent experience.


• 6+ years of experience in mechanical or building services, ideally with Data Centre or Industrial project experience.


• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.


• Strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.


• Excellent knowledge of construction software and MS Office suite.


• Flexibility to work in Sweden on rotation and fluent in English.
