Jones Engineering Manufacturing Ltd is recruiting a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Carlow, Ireland. You will join our in-house multidisciplinary design team and work on modular build projects for Life Sciences, Data Centre and Energy sectors.

We seek a qualified QS with 3+ years in mechanical contracting, strong technical knowledge of mechanical services, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant third level qualification essential – Quantity Surveying / Engineering.
• Experience in modular build sector advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience post qualification in a Mechanical contracting environment.
• Strong technical ability and understanding Mechanical services essential.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
• Experience in management of suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Based out of our permanent Manufacturing Facility in Co. Carlow (Jones Engineering Manufacturing Ltd), due to our continued expansion we are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join and play a pivotal role within our in-house multidiscipline design team.
