Jones Engineering Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Mechanical bias to join our in-house multidiscipline design team, based at our permanent Manufacturing Facility in Co. Carlow.

You will contribute to modular solutions for Life Sciences, Data Centre and Energy projects and work within a strong, multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a qualified QS with 3+ years post-qualification experience in mechanical contracting, capable of managing suppliers and

• Experience in management of suppliers and sub-contractors.

Job Description

Based out of our permanent Manufacturing Facility in Co. Carlow, and due to our continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Mechanical bias to join and play a pivotal role within our in-house multidiscipline design team.

Jones Engineering Manufacturing Ltd. is a provider of bespoke modular solutions (packaged plant rooms, skids and conveyances) to the Life Sciences, Data Centre and Energy industries.

Skills/ Requirements

• Relevant third level qualification essential – Quantity Surveying / Engineering.
• Experience working within the modular build sector would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience post qualification in a Mechanical contracting environment.
• Strong technical ability and understanding Mechanical services essential.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
• Excellent Analytical & IT Skills essential.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
