Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking a Mechanical Technical Support Engineer to join our Dundalk team in Ireland. You will act as the primary point of contact for production and site support requests, coordinating with electrical engineering to ensure aligned timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities include assembling documentation, developing BOMs, and escalating issues when required. A strong background in mechanical engineering and CAD tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical design of electrical equipment beneficial.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary POC for production and site support requests.
• Coordinate with Electrical support engineers to align deliverables and timelines.
• Assemble drawing sets, MOPs and BOMs for review.
• Escalate issues to Senior engineers when needed.
• Communicate progress to the Mechanical Design Engineering Manager.
