Hiab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Dundalk, Ireland site. You will ensure changes to production lines, materials and processes are well-managed to protect yield, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong problem-solving, mechanical, design and IT skills, plus knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate across Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality to drive improvements, implement ECOs, manage BOMs, and develop

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering required.
• Strong CAD and ERP experience.
• Knowledge of ECO processes and BOM verification.

Responsabilités

• Improve manufacturing efficiency with the engineering team.
• Implement ECOs and new product development changes.
• Establish JIT-based processes to reduce WIP.
• Manage new part configuration, production orders, routing, BOMs.
• Support ECOs with stock disposition and product configuration.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety incident investigations.
• Develop SOPs for safe working practices.
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality.
