Job summary

Centra at Dungloe, part of Musgrave, is seeking a Meat Department colleague to ensure efficient operation and to provide customers with high-quality products and service. The role involves merchandising, stock control, and implementing planograms in a busy fresh-food environment.

You will contribute to team goals, support initiatives, and help maintain department standards while engaging with customers and embracing new ways of working. Training may be provided across fresh-food areas as needed.

• Numerical skills required for stock and pricing checks.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring SOPs and store standards are met daily.
• Merchandise and present department to the highest standard.
• Implement planograms correctly.
• Control stock rotation to maintain quality and freshness.
• Manage waste and shrink in the department.
• Support continuous improvement in the Meat Department with new products and initiatives.
• Enhance product knowledge and share ideas and information.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
