Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for Ireland to own local go-to-market execution and drive commercial growth in a fast-growing certification and compliance group. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the Dublin office and can be part-time for the right candidate, four days per week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery and market engagement.
  • Strong experience across multiple marketing channels including events, content, social media and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for the Irish business.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives and commercial targets.
  • Manage the local events programme, including trade shows, sponsorships, webinars and field marketing activity.
  • Create and localise content to engage customers and prospects across the Irish market.
  • Drive PR activity and manage local social media channels in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support customer marketing, thought leadership and brand-building initiatives.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing programmes to support channel growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, revenue operations and global marketing teams to maximise campaign performance and lead generation.

Marketing Manager, Ireland
  • Location: Dublin - hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the office
  • Reporting to: Head of Strategic Marketing & Revenue Operations (with a dotted line to the Ireland General Manager)

We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across Ireland, taking ownership of local go-to-market execution and helping to drive commercial growth in a high-growth environment.

We’re open to a part-time role, working four days a week for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys building campaigns, driving market engagement and working closely with sales teams. You’ll have significant autonomy to shape and deliver the marketing strategy for Ireland, whilst leveraging the support of a wider global marketing function spanning brand, performance marketing and revenue operations.

The role offers exposure across a broad range of marketing disciplines including campaigns, events, content, PR, social media, partner marketing and customer engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
Essential
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery and market engagement.
  • Strong experience across multiple marketing channels including events, content, social media and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Desirable
  • Experience within a SaaS, private equity-backed, venture capital-backed, high-growth, scale-up or fast-paced growth environment.
  • Exposure to demand generation, revenue marketing or data-driven marketing functions.
  • Experience working alongside sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Experience supporting brand, partner marketing or customer marketing initiatives.
