Job summary

Amtivo is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across Ireland, owning local go-to-market execution and driving commercial growth in a high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with sales, revenue operations and global marketing to deliver campaigns across events, content, PR, social media and partner marketing, with significant autonomy and exposure to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing with campaign delivery.
• Skilled across events, content, social media, and comms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commercial mindset with strategic and hands-on balance.
• Strong organisation with multi-priority management.
• Experience with SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Experience collaborating with sales to drive pipeline.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ireland marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Deliver integrated campaigns aligned to targets and commercial objectives.
• Manage local events programme, including trade shows, sponsorships, webinars and field marketing.
• Create and localise content to engage customers and prospects in Ireland.
• Drive PR and manage local social media channels in line with brand guidelines.
• Support customer marketing, thought leadership and brand initiatives.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programmes to support channel growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider business.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue operations and global marketing teams to maximise campaign performance and lead generation.
