Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver national and local marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and implementation of the Expert brand strategy.
• Manage marketing content across social media, website, email and digital platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activity with member stores, suppliers and media partners.
• Develop marketing materials, campaign toolkits and communications.
• Support supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign and digital performance and provide regular reporting.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, conferences and retail promotions.
• Build strong relationships with members, suppliers and external agencies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver national and local marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and implementation of the Expert brand strategy.
• Manage marketing content across social media, website, email and digital platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activity with member stores, suppliers, agencies and media partners.
• Develop marketing materials, campaign toolkits and communications.

Skills & Experience

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within retail, consumer or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms would be advantageous.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be beneficial.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally within Ireland.
