eTeam is seeking a Coordinator for the Client Centre to craft meaningful customer experiences aligned with SIC Engagement goals. You will work with Strategists and Account Executives to plan, prepare, and execute engagements that meet business objectives.

The role focuses on coordinating meetings, on-site logistics, and stakeholder communications, with exposure to dashboards and KPI tracking to drive continual improvement.

Formación

• Proven track record in creating seamless customer experiences.
• 3+ years in sales meetings or executive briefings.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and/or event management is preferred.
• Adaptability to changing customer expectations and environments.
• Diplomacy and strong communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem solving and escalation judgment.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholderson projects.
• Autonomy and creativity in delivering engagements.
• Excellent grammar and communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Create and shape customer experiences by understanding customer objectives and AE goals.
• Collaborate with Strategists to meet success criteria and coordinate planning calls.
• Articulate objectives in meetings, speaker invitations, and stakeholder inquiries.
• Own meeting logistics, including scheduling, catering, and room readiness.
• Coordinate on-site logistics across offices, IT, facility services, and real estate.
• Prepare and analyze SIC Engagement surveys to drive improvements.
• Support and lead programs across SIC teams for growth.
• Utilize dashboards to capture and share key metrics and KPIs.
