Job summary

Viktor is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer. You will own the CMO's calendar, triage emails and messages, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle logistics to keep the marketing machine running smoothly.

You will build and maintain a live list of commitments, coordinate team rituals, plan weekly priorities, and help drive high‑impact projects. The role offers fast pace and ownership in a growing startup with global reach, including

Qualifications

• You've been an executive assistant to a C-suite executive.
• Your scope went well beyond the calendar: you owned inbox and comms triage, logistics and follow-through for your executive.
• You can show how your work helped a team build a great culture.
• You chase people on your executive's behalf before anyone asks you to.

Responsibilities

• Plan the CMO's time across internal and external meetings, and protect focused time for his own work.
• Triage his inbox, Slack and other channels. Flag blockers, risks and anything that needs his answer that day.
• Keep a live list of what the team owes the CMO, and chase it.
• Suggest and run team activities and online sessions that help the marketing org bond.
• Manage all of the CMO's logistics.
