Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of the business. This is a hands‑on role combining sales, marketing, digital marketing, campaign management and sales pipeline management. The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering marketing activity while ensuring that opportunities generated through marketing, referrals, networking and direct enquiries are effectively managed through the sales pipeline. The role would suit an ambitious individual with 3–5 years’ experience who is comfortable moving between creative marketing activity, digital campaigns, lead generation, CRM management, sales administration and direct engagement with prospective customers.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, business development or a combined commercial role.
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience delivering marketing and digital campaigns.
• Experience managing or coordinating a B2B sales pipeline.
• Strong CRM experience E.G. Hubspot,and an understanding of structured sales processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with email marketing, website content and digital analytics.
• Strong written communication and content-development skills.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity translates into leads, opportunities and revenue.
