IQVIA Inc. is seeking a Business Access Manager to drive market access for a biosimilars portfolio across Ireland. You will navigate the Irish healthcare system, build hospital relationships and translate commercial strategy into measurable results with pharmacy, procurement, clinicians and payers.

The role covers nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology in a fast-growing setting, requiring ownership, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years’ experience in Market Access, Key Account Management, Commercial or Pharmaceutical Sales
• Biosimilars experience preferred
• Experience negotiating hospital commercial agreements and working with healthcare purchasing organisations
• Strong relationships with hospital pharmacy, procurement, payers and key decision-makers
• Experience with tenders, contract negotiations and access agreements
• Good understanding of Irish healthcare funding, reimbursement, pricing and market access landscape
• Proven ability to develop account and access strategies that deliver commercial results
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business or related discipline
