Job summary

IQVIA Ireland is seeking a Business Access Manager to own market access for a biosimilars portfolio across Ireland.

You will navigate the Irish healthcare system, build hospital relationships and convert commercial strategy into access results with payers, pharmacy and clinicians.

This role covers nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Market Access, Key Account Management, commercial or pharmaceutical sales.
• Biosimilars experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating hospital commercial agreements with payers.
• Strong relationships with hospital pharmacy, procurement and decision-makers.
• Experience with tenders, contracts and access agreements.
• Solid understanding of Irish healthcare funding, reimbursement and pricing.
• Ability to develop account and access strategies delivering results.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business or related discipline.

Ready to take ownership of market access and make things happen?

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Business Access Manager to drive access for an innovative biosimilars portfolio across Ireland.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to navigate the Irish healthcare system, build strong hospital relationships and turn commercial strategy into results. You’ll work closely with pharmacy, procurement, clinicians and payers to secure access, negotiate agreements and develop key accounts.

Covering a broad portfolio across nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology , this is an opportunity to work across multiple specialist therapy areas in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years’ experience across Market Access, Key Account Management, Commercial or Pharmaceutical Sales
• Ideally, strong biosimilars experience
• Experience negotiating hospital commercial agreements and working with healthcare purchasing organisations
• Strong relationships with hospital pharmacy, procurement, payers and key decision-makers
• Experience with tenders, contract negotiations and access agreements
• Good understanding of the Irish healthcare funding, reimbursement, pricing and market access landscape
• Proven ability to develop account and access strategies that deliver commercial results
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business or a related discipline
