Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Business Access Manager to drive market access for a biosimilars portfolio across Ireland. You will navigate the Irish hospital environment, build strong relationships with pharmacists, procurement teams and payers, and convert commercial strategy into measurable access results.

The role covers nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology in a fast-paced setting. You will negotiate hospital agreements, manage tenders and contribute to strategic account

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience across Market Access, Key Account Management, Commercial or Pharmaceutical Sales
• Biosimilars experience preferred
• Experience negotiating hospital commercial agreements
• Strong relationships with hospital pharmacy, procurement, payers and key decision-makers
• Experience with tenders, contract negotiations and access agreements
• Understanding of Irish healthcare funding, reimbursement, pricing and market access landscape
• Ability to develop account and access strategies that deliver commercial results
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business or related discipline

Ready to take ownership of market access and make things happen?

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Business Access Manager to drive access for an innovative biosimilars portfolio across Ireland.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to navigate the Irish healthcare system, build strong hospital relationships and turn commercial strategy into results. You’ll work closely with pharmacy, procurement, clinicians and payers to secure access, negotiate agreements and develop key accounts.

Covering a broad portfolio across nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology, this is an opportunity to work across multiple specialist therapy areas in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years’ experience across Market Access, Key Account Management, Commercial or Pharmaceutical Sales
