Covalen is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and implement learning solutions across the site, ensuring curricula reflect job responsibilities and compliance-based activities. The role supports the manufacturing site, manages training projects, and maintains the overall state of the Training Compliance program.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing.
• Proven program/project management skills.
• Experience with learning & development and SOP processes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and judgment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and determine solutions regarding learning gaps.
• Define qualifications requirements for personnel and ensure implementation and maintenance.
• Create, revise, and implement training documents ensuring they are executable.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Collaborate on Network/Functional initiatives and manage training materials.
• Lead projects and monitor deliverable status.
• Monitor client satisfaction and share results with management.
