Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking a Training Coordinator/Technician to support training administration and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing site. The role ensures correct training assignment, maintains training records in the LMS, and upholds documentation standards across the site.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 7 qualification in a relevant scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working with training systems, documentation, and compliance reporting.
  • Good understanding of documentation standards and quality requirements within regulated environments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Coordinator/Technician to support training administration and compliance activities within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are assigned the correct training, training records remain compliant, and documentation standards are maintained across the site.

Key Responsibilities
