Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking a Training Coordinator/Technician to support training administration and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing site. The role ensures correct training assignment, maintains training records in the LMS, and upholds documentation standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in a relevant scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working with training systems, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Good understanding of documentation standards and quality requirements within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to training queries through the training request system and shared mailbox.
• Create and maintain employee training records within the learning management system.
• Assign appropriate training plans for new hires and existing employees in a timely manner.
• Run regular compliance reports and monitor training completion status.
• Support departments with the selection of suitable training plans and materials.
• Ensure adherence to site procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality reviews of training documentation to ensure compliance with GDP.
