Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team on-site in Longford. You will provide dedicated quality leadership across customer manufacturing operations, owning product quality from raw materials to finished frames and modules, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and client requirements.

This role sits on the production floor daily, driving first-time-right delivery, managing non-conformances, CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement using Lean tools, while coordinating with Design,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality roles within manufacturing or similar setting.
• A degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Hands-on in-process inspection and non-conformance management on the production floor.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS implementation in repeatable production.
• Experience with RCA/CAPA/8D and lean tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System across factory and site operations.
• Run inspection and test plans from incoming materials to pre-dispatch.
• Lead non-conformance, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure client specs and regulatory standards are met during handover.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and suppliers for quality improvements.
• Lead audits and report KPIs to leadership.
