Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Senior Supervisor in Manufacturing to lead a production team within our Ireland factory. The role requires coordinating 24/7 operations, mentoring supervisors, and achieving delivery, quality and cost targets.

You will drive safety and continuous improvement while developing staff, managing budgetary aspects, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The position suits experienced leaders from the medical device or digital factory sectors.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and 6–8 years related experience (4 of which should be as Supervisor in manufacturing environment).
• Lean Six Sigma black belt or lean experience is advantageous.
• Ability to lead and develop production teams to maximize performance while focusing on delivery, cost and quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration and setting clear goals with feedback and development plans.
• Strong communication, timely feedback and adaptable style for leadership audiences.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with emotional intelligence and trust-building.
• Experience in medical device industry or digital factory environment is an advantage.
• Start-up and scale-up experience is preferred.
