Job summary

Dexcom Ireland – Athenry is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 to join our GMP production team. The role focuses on operating semi-automated and automated equipment in a cleanroom environment to ensure high-quality CGM products.

You will perform precise assembly, handle components, complete data entry, and adhere to strict SOPs and batch records. The position demands strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Essential: high level of dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured GMP/SOP processes.
• Dexcom posting indicates regulated medical device manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
• Perform assembly tasks and data entry for traceability.
• Maintain product quality through in-process checks and cleanroom protocols.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and documentation accurately.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
• Communicate effectively with shift handovers and supervisors.
