Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the Solutions Lab's back-end day shift in a 12-hour Friday–Sunday schedule with rotating Thursdays. You will oversee operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure Safety and Quality are top priorities for continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–8 years of related manufacturing experience, laboratory leadership, and a proven track record in developing teams. A Bachelor’s degree is typically required. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years related experience with prior team lead experience.
• Experience managing a Lab within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Solutions Lab and lead a production team.
• Develop, coach, and motivate staff to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive improvements and resolve issues.
