Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the Solutions Lab's back-end day shift in a 12-hour Friday–Sunday schedule with rotating Thursdays. You will oversee operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure Safety and Quality are top priorities for continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–8 years of related manufacturing experience, laboratory leadership, and a proven track record in developing teams. A Bachelor’s degree is typically required. Sponsorship is not available.

Meet the Team

The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Supervisor in our Manufacturing Solutions Lab. As the Lab Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team operating on our Back End Day shift to support our overall Business Units that operates 24/7. This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved. This job spends a significant amount of time leading and developing a production team.

Shift Details

This role is on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm) Every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule. Shift Premium: 20 % premium.

You must have the right to work in Ireland. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

You will apply your technical expertise to support problem-solving and drive the resolution of operational challenges.

The annualised base salary for this position is from €57,715.00 to €74,690.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
