Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the stand up of production in our Ireland factory. You will head a back-end day shift team, set goals, manage resources, and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance on a 12-hour shift schedule (7:00am–7:00pm), with Fridays to Sundays and alternating Thursdays.

You will develop staff, address issues, and partner across functions to hit targets.

Meet the Team:

The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking the right teammate to support the stand up of production in our Ireland factory as a Supervisor in our Manufacturing Solutions Lab. As the Lab Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team operating on our Back End Day shift to support our overall Business Units that operates 24/7. This position will set goals, establish priorities, manage resources, review production performance and results, and make decisions to ensure production deliverables are achieved. This job spends a significant amount of time leading and developing a production team.

Back End Day shift:

This role is on a 12-hour day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm). Every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays. Following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule. Shift Premium: 20 % premium.

The annualised base salary for this position is from €57,715.00 to €74,690.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
