Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Shift Manager for a fixed-term period of approximately 18 months at the Rathmore site. You will lead a manufacturing shift, drive daily performance, and align resources to meet KPIs and targets while championing safety and quality standards.

You will mentor and develop team members, coordinate with the Plant Lead, and ensure efficient shift handovers. The role emphasises continuous improvement and strong operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Role model for GMP, safety and professional conduct.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think on their feet and make timely decisions.
• Presence to take control in production-critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for people, plant & performance on the designated shift.
• Oversee morale, conduct & behaviour of the shift team.
• Ensure targets are met on shift with proper handovers.
• Support safety, quality and production loss escalation within the shift.
• Drive continuous improvement and shift engagement initiatives.
