Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Shift Manager for our Rathmore site in Ireland. This temporary fixed-term role spans approximately 18 months and focuses on leading a manufacturing shift, aligning people, plant and processes to meet KPIs and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for people, plant & performance on designated shift
• Ensure hourly shift targets are met including volume and GE delivery
• Escalate safety, quality and production losses outside of shift per escalation matrix
• Provide safety leadership and ensure procedures, risk assessments & training are in place
• Support other Shift Managers & Plant Lead with handovers and shift reports
• Plan workforce capacity and manage absence and scheduling
• Drive continuous improvement and engagement initiatives
