Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Shift Manager at the Rathmore site in Ireland for a temporary fixed-term role of approximately 18 months. You will lead a manufacturing shift, align resources, people, plant and processes to meet KPIs and targets, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coach a multi-level team, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, complete shift handovers, support audits, and work with performance teams to deliver reliable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Role model for GMP, safety, professional conduct, integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for people, plant & performance on designated shift.
• Morale, conduct & behaviour of shift team.
• Ensure targets are met for volume and GE delivery.
• Escalate safety, quality and production losses as per escalation matrix.
• Ensure safety and food safety across the shift with stakeholders.
