Job summary

Stryker Limerick is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and mentor multiple production teams on a two-shift cycle in Limerick. You will drive operational excellence, sponsor change initiatives, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost-aware delivery of KPIs across the business unit.

The role requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and an ability to coach and develop graduate and supervisory staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in business, Production Management, Engineering or similar discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 4 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years minimum Supervisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP / FDA regulatory requirements and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence and complex change initiatives.
• Mentors and develops Supervisors and senior teams.
• Plans, conducts and supervises assignments with limited supervision.
• Drives process improvements to maximize resources and KPIs.
• Coaches, provides feedback and manages performance.
