Job summary

Crosscare is seeking a Maintenance General Operative to maintain and improve its Dublin buildings across multiple sites. The role reports to the Building & Maintenance Team Leader and requires semi-skilled experience with general duties, carpentry, plumbing and safe tool use.

The position offers a permanent contract and a salary in the €31k–€44k range. Location: Dublin - Multi-sites, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of building maintenance: carpentry, electrical work, plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance and minor improvement works.
• General operative duties: building, site cleanup, loading/unloading materials.
• Operate power tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to health and safety policy compliance.
