Responsibilities

• Support site maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and drive improvements in equipment performance, reliability and maintenance processes.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate and support planned preventative maintenance activities and equipment shutdowns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.
• Assist with equipment modifications, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities are compliant with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support documentation updates, change controls and maintenance records.
• Engage with vendors and contractors to support maintenance and engineering activities.

Job description

Arcadis are a seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an assignment located in Ringaskiddy, Cork. This is initially a 12-month contract with high potential of extension. Option of PAYE or LTD.

The successful candidate will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering backgrounds will be considered.
