Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Right Information Technician to join a GMP site projects team on a 12-month assignment in Kinsale, Co. Cork. The role focuses on developing maintenance data for capital projects and building data loaders for the CMMS system.

You will create maintenance strategies in collaboration with project engineers and SMEs, ensuring data aligns with maintenance standards. A 5+ year background in maintenance/engineering and proficiency with MS Excel/Word are required, with MAXIMO/CMMS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a maintenance or engineering role.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs.
• Experience using MS Excel and Word.
• Previous experience with MAXIMO or other CMMS.

• Working as a member of the Right Information Team in a busy project engineering function in a GMP manufacturing site.
• Creating maintenance strategies following a standard approach defined in departmental procedures
• Working with project and process engineers to develop maintenance data for capital projects
• Working with maintenance SMEs to ensure data alignment with maintenance standards
• Building data loaders for the sites CMMS system

Requirements

• 5+ Years working in a maintenance or engineering role
• Ability to work independently, proactively and cross functionally within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing site
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs
• Experience of using IT tools such as MS Excel and Word
• Previous experience working with MAXIMO or other CMMS system
