Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of maintenance principles and equipment reliability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive hands-on attitude with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support site maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and drive improvements in equipment performance, reliability and maintenance processes.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate and support planned preventative maintenance activities and equipment shutdowns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to minimise downtime and optimise operational efficiency.
• Assist with equipment modifications, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities are compliant with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support documentation updates, change controls and maintenance records.
• Engage with vendors and contractors to support maintenance and engineering activities.
