Responsibilities

  • Use SAP modules to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance tracking.
  • Develop, maintain, and update scheduling plans for facility usage through SAP, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand facility requirements and schedule usage accordingly.
  • Analyze data from SAP to monitor facility utilization trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules through SAP, ensuring that all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and operational requirements.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing SAP tools to facilitate quick problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation activities within SAP.
  • Provide training and support for staff on facility scheduling processes and SAP usage.
