MarketStar is seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent Mailchimp and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact, shaping the initial impression and accelerating momentum for Mailchimp to win new business.

You will develop relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders, meet daily KPIs, and have opportunities for career growth within MarketStar. This Dublin-based, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
• Desire to pursue a career in sales and meet or exceed KPIs.
• 1+ year of B2B sales or SDR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging prospects for Mailchimp.
• Source opportunities from inbound leads.
• Qualify and hand over opportunities to Account Executives.
