MarketStar is hiring a Sales Development Representative to represent Mailchimp and build a pipeline of qualified leads. You will act as the first point of contact, shaping the initial impression and momentum for Mailchimp to close new business.

You’ll work to create opportunities, qualify leads, and hand them to Account Executives. The role emphasizes relationship building and achieving KPI targets in a fast-growing program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
• 1+ years in a B2B sales role preferred.
• Ability to build trust quickly and drive impact on the first call.

Responsibilities

• Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing MailChimp.
• Source opportunities from inbound leads.
• Qualify and handover opportunities to Account Executives.
• Build relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn.
• Help achieve sales goals and objectives.
