MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team representing Mailchimp, a leading marketing tool, in the EMEA region. This hybrid role is based in Dublin with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, offering growth opportunities across a fast-growing sales program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SDR in SaaS/IT services space mid-market to enterprise sales or 6–12 months in B2B sales as individual contributor
• Experience with software vendor, SaaS space or system integrator space is a plus
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery and presentation
• Strong sales aptitude with customer-focused approach
• Collaborative, results-driven with proven sales attainment
• Ability to articulate technical and business value via phone and email

Responsibilities

• Execute versus monthly/quarterly target in the SMB to mid-market segment
• Manage inbound leads across multiple channels to build pipeline and close new business
• Demonstrate knowledge of Mailchimp product suite to shorten sales cycle
• Act as product/service advocate building interest and value proposition
• Prioritize and advance a pipeline of sales opportunities with timely follow-ups
• Apply effective sales strategies to maximize conversion of leads to paying customers
• Provide account management to support technology strategy, implementation, and future needs
• Collaborate with leadership and client to identify revenue-growth strategies
