Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to drive qualified leads for Mailchimp. You will be the first point of contact, shaping the prospect’s initial impression and building momentum for close opportunities.

You will source inbound opportunities, qualify them, and hand over sales-ready accounts to Account Executives while meeting daily and monthly KPIs. English and Spanish proficiency are required, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Create sales-qualified opportunities by engaging with prospects and showcasing MailChimp solutions.
Source opportunities from inbound lead sources.
Qualify and handover sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
Build lasting relationships with Mailchimp stakeholders.
Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Engage with prospective customers by phone, email & Eurostaffs.
Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
Act as product/service advocate and assess mutual fit.
