Job summary

Ward Personnel in Cork, Ireland seeks an M&E Coordinator to oversee all phases of M&E services from pre-construction through commissioning and ensure compliance with project specifications. The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, strong BIM and IT skills, and excellent communication and time-management abilities.

You will maintain clear information flow between design teams and subcontractors, monitor installations for quality, lead coordination meetings, and support client demonstrations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar M&E coordination role.
• Strong IT skills including BIM and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of M&E services from pre‑construction through commissioning.
• Manage design information, submittals and project documentation to programme.
• Maintain information flow between design teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor installations for compliance with specifications and submittals.
• Lead weekly M&E coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
• Identify and track design changes or discrepancies.
• Ensure all M&E works meet Health & Safety standards and project protocols.
• Support client demonstrations, handover activities and Safety File completion.
