Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical packages on major construction projects based in Cork. This role involves coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, along with strong communication skills. A company vehicle, bonus, and pension scheme are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an M&E Coordinator or Building Services role.
• Knowledge of commissioning, snagging, and handover processes.
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical packages across construction projects in Cork.
• Manage and support site teams and subcontractors on M&E-related activities.
• Ensure M&E works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

Strong communication and organisational skills
