Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an Intermediate M&E Coordinator to join our team on construction projects in Ireland. You will support the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services, working closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, subcontractors and site teams.

You will coordinate design, liaise with subcontractors, resolve technical issues, monitor progress against programme, attend meetings, review drawings, and assist with commissioning and handover across Portlaoise and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in M&E coordination or related building services.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience with a main contractor or M&E subcontractor preferred.
• Willingness to work across Portlaoise and Clonmel projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E design, drawings and technical information.
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors and design teams.
• Assist with resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor M&E works against programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Attend coordination and site meetings.
• Review drawings and ensure services are properly coordinated.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging and project handover.
