Qualifications

Overview

M&E Service Coordinator Mayo €70-80k — INFORM3 Recruitment are looking for an MEP Services Coordinator for a main contractor to oversee delivery of a Pharma Project in County Mayo.

Your role will involve working with the site management team to coordinate the mechanical and electrical elements of the project. You will attend site meetings, ensure the project is within programme and submit overall progress reports to the Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Monitor and control project set up, progress and close out, in achieving the project objectives throughout the whole process.
• Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule.
• Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures.
• Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports.
• Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities.
• Producing risk assessments of the project.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver to their standards and address any problems.
• Providing technical advice and expertise to the team and 3rd parties. Includes providing detailed instruction and monitoring progress.
