Job summary

Ward Personnel is partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to appoint an experienced M&E Coordinator for two major education developments in Dublin. You will oversee mechanical and electrical packages, coordinate with design consultants and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery across two concurrent projects.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services and a minimum of five years’ M&E coordination experience within main

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E coordination or similar role
• Experience with main contractor or consultancy environments
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical services from pre-construction through handover
• Review designs, specs and submissions and ensure integration with architecture and structure
• Lead design coordination meetings and monitor M&E progress to schedule
• Promote safety and quality, ensure commissioning and handover documentation
• Engage clients, consultants and subcontractors to align delivery objectives
