Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role ideally at a main contractor.
Degree level education (HND/HNC) in a relevant subject, or M&E qualified trade.
Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams and working towards health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control project set up, progress and close out.
Assist in the development of the work breakdown structure and project schedule.
Set up and maintain budgets and expenditures.
Ensure quality management plans are met.
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are upheld.
Coordinate team communications and activities.
Produce risk assessments of the project.
Skills
