A leading recruitment agency is seeking an M&E Service Coordinator to oversee delivery of a Pharma Project in County Mayo. The successful candidate will work with the site management team to coordinate mechanical and electrical project elements, ensuring adherence to budgets and health and safety standards. Applicants should have 3+ years in a similar role and a relevant degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. This position offers a competitive salary of €70-80k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role ideally at a main contractor.
• Degree level education (HND/HNC) in a relevant subject, or M&E qualified trade.
• Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams and working towards health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project set up, progress and close out.
• Assist in the development of the work breakdown structure and project schedule.
• Set up and maintain budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure quality management plans are met.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are upheld.
• Coordinate team communications and activities.
• Produce risk assessments of the project.

Skills

3+ years of experience in a similar role ideally at a main contractor

Degree level education (HND/HNC) in a relevant subject, or M&E qualified trade

Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams and working towards health and safety standards

Experience overseeing commercial and educational projects desirable

Knowledge of project management principles

Innovative approach to problem solving

Strong team working and influence skills

Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
