Job summary

Ward Personnel in Cork, Ireland seeks an M&E Coordinator to oversee all phases of M&E services from pre-construction through commissioning and ensure compliance with project specifications. The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, strong BIM and IT skills, and excellent communication and time-management abilities.

You will maintain clear information flow between design teams and subcontractors, monitor installations for quality, lead coordination meetings, and support client demonstrations

• Maintain clear information flow between design teams and specialist subcontractors.


• Monitor installations to ensure compliance with specifications and approved submittals.


• Lead weekly M&E coordination meetings and provide progress updates to project teams.


• Identify and track design changes or discrepancies.


• Ensure all M&E works meet Health & Safety standards and project protocols.


• Support client demonstrations, handover activities, BCAR documentation and Safety File completion.

Skills & Experience
