This Irish main contractor has a strong track record delivering high quality building projects across Dublin and the wider Irish construction market, with experience across commercial, hospitality, residential and public sector developments.
They are currently delivering a major hotel project in Dublin City Centre and are looking to strengthen the project team with an experienced M&E Coordinator who can take ownership of the mechanical and electrical coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
As M&E Coordinator, you will be based full time on a hotel construction project in Dublin City Centre, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, design team, specialist M&E subcontractors and consultants.
You will coordinate the mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, programme requirements and quality standards.
The role will involve resolving coordination issues between M&E services, structure, architectural finishes and specialist packages, while keeping a close eye on commissioning requirements and programme delivery.
You will have a strong mechanical, electrical or building services background with practical experience coordinating M&E packages on live construction projects.
You should be comfortable dealing directly with specialist subcontractors, consultants and site management and capable of identifying coordination issues before they affect programme or finishes.
Hotel or high specification commercial experience would be particularly useful due to the level of services coordination, commissioning and quality finishes involved on this Dublin City Centre project.
