We are recruiting an M&E Coordinator on behalf of a well-established Irish main contractor for a live project in Co. Clare. You'll take ownership of mechanical and electrical coordination from early services coordination right through to commissioning and handover.
This is a rare chance to work on a technically strong project in the Mid-West without relocating to Dublin an easy commute from Limerick, Ennis, Shannon or the wider Clare and Galway area.
If you've been coordinating M&E packages on the subcontractor side and want the broader remit that comes with working for a main contractor, this is a strong move. You'll sit at the centre of the project, working directly with the design team, the client and the specialist subcontractors.
Our client is a long-established Irish general building and civil engineering contractor with a national footprint and a substantial pipeline. They deliver projects across the commercial, pharmaceutical, education, healthcare, residential, industrial and civil engineering sectors, on traditional, design and build and PPP procurement routes.
Importantly, they run a deliberately controlled number of contracts per management team. In practice that means senior support is genuinely available rather than nominal, and you won't be firefighting several jobs at once.
Full company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates ahead of any client introduction.
Must have full working rights to be considered.
