Job summary

Vickerstock is recruiting an M&E Coordinator for multi-site residential projects in Dublin. You will oversee M&E installation quality, guiding site teams and subcontractors to ensure high standards and timely delivery.

Join a Tier 1 contractor with exposure to utilities providers, stakeholders and clients to ensure sites are properly supplied. A trade background and full driving licence are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Higher education or apprenticeship in M&E
• 4 years in a similar M&E role
• Residential construction experience desired
• Trade background is desirable
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E installation quality
• Provide technical guidance for site teams and subcontractors
• Mitigate on-site issues with M&E packages
• Coordinate with design teams
• Work closely with utilities providers, stakeholders and clients to ensure sites are properly supplied
• Manage temporary electric and water
