Qualifications

• Must have previous M&E Coordinator or M&E Engineer experience.
• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of building services installations and specifications.
• Experience with a main contractor or M&E contractor in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services across the project.
• Manage M&E subcontractor coordination and monitor progress.
• Identify and resolve clashes between M&E services and structures.
• Monitor M&E installation quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
