Job summary

CREGG is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to manage mechanical and electrical services across the construction lifecycle in Dublin. You will ensure safe, on-schedule delivery and compliance with project drawings, specifications and Irish regulations.

Key duties include coordinating M&E with design teams, reviewing technical submissions, and guiding subcontractors to align with programme milestones. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an M&E coordination role within construction.
• Strong understanding of M&E building services.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E services from design development through to construction and handover.
• Review drawings and specs for discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and other building elements.
• Work with M&E subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
• Attend design, coordination and construction meetings.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and design-related issues.
• Assist with M&E installation programmes and progress tracking.
• Ensure installations comply with regulations and standards.
• Support project manager and site team to meet objectives.
• Maintain documentation and assist with O&M handover.
