Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is assisting in recruiting an experienced M&E Coordinator for a large-scale construction project in Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical and electrical services, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality across the works.

The successful candidate will liaise with the Project Manager, Design Team and subcontractors, review technical submissions, and drive issue resolution to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as an M&E Coordinator or similar on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and docs.
• Experience coordinating M&E subcontractors and installations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of construction health & safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services across the project.
• Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to meet safety, time, and quality targets.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and submissions for clashes or issues.
• Identify and resolve potential design clashes before site impact.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Site Manager, Design Team, consultants and subcontractors.
